It is confirmed as among the best pan pizzerias. For several years the quality has never dropped, even the ownership has remained the same for years. Booking is required. The farinata is also good. Parking not easy. Difficultly accessible for disabled people due to the steps, as the restaurant is not at street level.

Small and historic pan pizzeria in the Crocetta area, much appreciated especially for the farinata (really good), crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The place is spartan, decidedly informal, but the young, friendly, affable and very kind staff who welcome you make up for it by giving it a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Personally, I especially appreciated the farinata, I found the pizza "normal", certainly not among the best I've eaten. The service is quick, it must be said that we arrived at 10.30pm, the place was already empty that evening, so we were served immediately. We ordered two portions of farinata (generous portions), a deviled one and a ham and mushroom plus a craft beer in a 50cl bottle, for a total of €32.50 which were kindly discounted to 30. We had dinner in the side room at entrance, where in the meantime the staff entertained customers/friends at the bar counter but we were never "abandoned", several times the manager made sure to come and check if everything was OK. They were all nice and helpful! If you want to eat an excellent farinata accompanied by a pan pizza in a quiet place without many frills, in a friendly and cordial atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

I'm a child again. I haven't had pan pizza in years. Good. The farinata isn't bad either.

For those who love pan pizza and farinata I would say it is the ideal place. The farinata is excellent while the pizza is sufficient... prices in line with the quality offered... good friendly personal service
