The restaurant is located in the central area of ​​Rutigliano, enjoying a pleasant position. The quality of the food is decent, without any particular merits or obvious defects. However, the aspect that greatly influenced my experience was the service. Although the venue offered seating that could be adequate for two people, it was rather cramped for three. This would not have been a problem if it were not for the fact that all the dishes were brought at the same time, creating discomfort in managing the limited space on the table. In addition, the preparation of the dishes was quite slow, and I noticed when paying that the kitchen was quite small. This could explain the delay in preparing the dishes, but it leaves me perplexed as to why different courses were served all together, rather than being staggered.
