To reply. It's a brewery with drinks, the food is excellent (obviously it's mostly about beer), the service is fantastic but it's not a 5-star hotel and the environment is obviously a bit spartan, and that's how it should be, you're fantastic and 4 stars are perfect..

15/05/2024: The experience was superb, and the food was excellent. We visited last night and chose the 7-course menu without the wine option, as we don't drink alcohol. The location is amazing, with an elegant and elevated atmosphere. The staff is highly professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the chef's creations, particularly the "minestra di pasta, pesci di scoglio e pesto rosso," a Neapolitan specialty recommended to us. The "gambero viola, mandorla e aglio orsino" and the seabass were also exceptional. With the house aperitifs and the sour dessert to cleanse the palate, the meal was more than satisfying. I would recommend coming with an empty stomach, as we ended up enjoying around 9-10 courses, even though only 7 were included in the menu. Thank you once again for this amazing experience. We will gladly return.
