Bibendum In Pistoia

A very small but welcoming restaurant, the boy who served us was very kind. The dishes are well prepared and of excellent quality, we took the selection of cheeses and cold cuts, truly excellent and the fried anchovies and anchovies were also very good. I recommend it, better in the spring/summer period because they have the opportunity to set the table outside, in winter it is a good idea to book because there is little space.

Amazing little wine bar off the beaten path in Pistoia with a great modern and fresh vibe. Really feels like it's a place you'd want to hang out if you live in Pistoia 👏 Great selection of wines in all price ranges and terroirs and a knowledgeable guy in the bar. Food is adequate, easy and well made and will lighten you up a bit after all the pasta with ragu or bistecca heavymeals
