BE'MO In Bologna

The food is very good. It's all prepared with care and with quality ingredients. The flavors are different to those they're used to. The environment is comfortable, and I like the music they play!

Bangers! Only place in town I know of that makes a legit Liangpi type dish (tho not available all year 😞) and pretty much all their noodles and the roujiamo is super solid. ✌🏻🥹😍🔥🍜😁

Authentic and tasty food, low prices and friendly service (albeit some clear cultural barriers). Too bad for the service time which is certainly necessary and justified but which creates some problems from a street food/lunch break perspective

Intimate and welcoming place, despite its simplicity. It feels like being in a little restaurant in Hong Kong, immersed in the sound and scent of what's sizzling in the pan: the open kitchen gives it a very homely atmosphere. All the pasta is handmade and many of the components of the dishes are prepared on the spot. I highly recommend the spaghetti in broth. Furthermore, the guy who works there is very warm, attentive to customer needs and quick in preparing orders. Excellent experience!

Cucina autentica e squisita. Da provare assolutamente il rougamo di maiale e i Golden spaghetti di manzo/spaghetti Momo (un po' piccanti ma squisiti).

Sono stato stasera in questo piccolissimo fast food cinese per uno snack. Ho preso uno di quei paninetti di base simili a quella delle nostro piadine ripiena di una carne di maiale macinata grassa e un po' untuosa. Saporito nel suo genere, probabilmente anche ben preparato, ma non sono in grado di apprezzare questi piatti di nouvelle cuisine così esotica. Ho trovato il prezzo neanche tanto basso paragonato a quello dei ristoranti cinesi più tradizionali.
