I often buy PANZEROTTI around Bari. BAKED Panzerotto: wood-fired oven you can feel it. Medium dough, well salted, spread well, slightly rubbery when chewed and swallowed. Sufficient amount of filling. Good size. 2.5 euros. Overall, average. FRIED panzerotto: valid oil. Big enough for 1.5 euros. Well fried dough, superimposable in terms of chewiness.

Ci vado da molti anni. Servizio rosticceria non male. Panzerotti mozzarella e pomodoro e carne non pienissimi, ma la pasta e' lavorata bene e i panzerotti non si aprono mentre lu mangi. Ottimi anche arancini e viennesi. Prezzi abbordabili
