I sat outside waiting for table service (we were only 4 customers)
I waited for more than 15 minutes; then I went inside to have breakfast.
When it was time to sit at the outside table a waiter arrived saying that I couldn't because outside is only for menu service.
I specified that I had been out for a while but no one arrived.
So I had to move all the suitcases and eat inside at the counter.
Too bad, beautiful place but I didn't like the service

Refined and historic environment located in a beautiful square, seating inside and outside. Huge choice of desserts!! Fair price at the counter, distinguished and friendly staff.. we will return on our next visit to Florence.

In the very center, local
Quite high prices, but we are in the center.
The cakes are excellent
The only thing is that it's very crowded and the waiters are everywhere and you can't call them
The coffee is good, I don't recommend the cakes, I don't recommend the photos, there's a lot of traffic. Prices as befits the center.

Historic pastry shop in Florence now also serves as a restaurant. I can only evaluate the pastries and the aperitif I consumed and I must say everything is truly exceptional. Inside we find quite dated but still elegant furnishings while the tables outside overlook the cathedral and the view and exceptional service not very fast but friendly waiters.

Had ours to go/standing up in the morning, tasty food, good coffees, quite a few tourists like us, reasonable price for quality we had which was good. Big part of the appeal is location and decor, didn't disappoint, apparently expensive if you don't do self service.

Piazza Di san giovanni facing the duomo, very pleasant welcome, amazing service. A must to drink a cocktail with chips and savory appetizers; and enjoy their dessert. I recommend

Lorenzo was a really good waiter and very helpful. The location of the restaurant is also very good. However, the Margarita pizza I ate was truly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Even in Dubai there are better pizzas than this pizza. I thought I would eat much better pizza in Florence. Also, the prices are expensive.

La posizione è splendida ed in una giornata di sole, anche in gennaio, si può sostare ai tavolini all'aperto.
Caffè e pasta al riso buoni, peccato per la attesa un po'lunga prima di raccogliere l'ordinazione (abbiamo visto che alcuni clienti meno pazienti di noi si sono seduti , hanno atte4so invano un cameriere e dopo un po' si sono alzati e sono andati via).
Prezzo adeguato alla posizione.
