Bar located in front of the Cathedral, the Iris is absolutely recommended, both fried and baked.

His fame precedes him. Bar in front of the cathedral stocked with typical products at modest prices, in line with the rest of the places in the area. However, what distinguishes it is the excellent quality of the products and the perfect harmony of flavours. Desserts not too sugary, but with an extremely pleasant flavour. I recommend the Iris, with its very meltable dough, and the delicious cassata. Finally, the staff is very kind and smiling.

Best place to start your day in Palermo! We come here every year. Classic Iris Fritta and cappuccino is my favourite breakfast. Place is crowded (not a surprise), very authentic and food is just perfect. Vincenzo thank you for a friendly atmosphere, see you next year ☺️

Breakfast with a phenomenal view in front of the Palermo Cathedral. Friendly, welcoming and always attentive service. Delicious classic cannoli, I recommend accompanying it with freshly squeezed orange juice because it's fantastic.

On Google it showed closing at 8pm, I went by at 7.25pm ​​to get some takeaway food but they told me they were closing and they wouldn't let me get anything. So I'm sorry but for me the service is two stars.

We had a very nice lunch at Bar Marocco. 4 types of their rice balls, gluten free brioches and sfincione all very good. Accompanied by wine and beer. Helpful and attentive staff. Great people watching.
