Bright hotel design style, with a large elevator, and the rooms are large and clean. However, the room service was not particularly professional. There was a bath towel missing in the double room, and the shower head was not facing the wall, causing cold water to splash all over. Overall it was a good experience.

We stopped to recharge the Tesla and went in to have a snack at the bar, the staff at the reception were very courteous and polite, the lady at the bar was ill-mannered and unhelpful, it almost seemed like it bothered them that we ordered juice extractors.

04/02/2024: ..a historic Rotisserie (with adjoining diner) ..where tradition..despite the passing of time..has remained authentic..no contamination..no fusion..no revisiting.. Here we only speak Arezzo!. .and expert hands prepare succulent dishes that taste like home..with good quality ingredients..maximum hygiene and professionalism..The menu is very rich..The service is accurate and impeccable..the staff is always polite and friendly. In short, a guarantee of satisfaction. And we enjoy a nice local chicken with starred roast potatoes.. Thank you very much!

20/05/2024: I've been coming to Principe for years and it's changed a bit. The products are very fresh, of excellent quality with generous portions. The waiter always very helpful. Prices are in line with the portions of the dishes. The only flaw: the environment is a little too cold. Advised!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😁
