After 30,000 steps seeing the sights this is the bar to relax in the sun, chill out and have a Hugo, Wine or or Cool draught Beer. Fantastic music and a very friendly welcome with complimentary olives & crisps.Very reasonable prices0.4l beer €5 I went there every evening for a bit of my time in the sun. A cosy bar inside when the sun goes down. I give this bar 5/5 stars. RichardG

Really friendly atmosphere here is argument to visit the place! Large menu, tasty food and drinks, beer in good prices,snacks and olive for us were free, nice gift:) We recommend the bar in Rome, that's better than a lot of here! Greetings from Poland 🇵🇱🇮🇹

Nice owner. We got some snacks to go with our wine. Reasonable prices. The toilet seat is missing, but otherwise everything is fine. I recommend it for a break with a glass of wine or a beer!

Ne pas se fier à la taille de ce magnifique petit bar très Romain, tout est top, l'accueil, le service, la taille des verres "avec des accompagnements s'il vous plait", nous avons été bien mieux traité que dans d'autres établissements "plus prestigieux" et les prix sont plus que raisonnables

06/04/2024: Visiting the Origini Restaurant in Subiaco was a truly memorable experience. From the welcoming and atmospheric setting to the exceptional quality of the food, every aspect of our dinner exceeded expectations. We started our meal with gnocchi mixed with porcini mushrooms, which were simply excellent. The soft texture of the dumplings paired with the rich, earthy flavor of the porcini mushrooms created an irresistible dish that reflected the chef's skill in combining simple ingredients to create complex flavors. Next, we sampled the mutton-filled bombettes, a dish that further demonstrated the culinary mastery of the restaurant. The mutton was tender and juicy, with a rich flavor that went perfectly with the aromatic spices and filling. Each bite was an explosion of flavor that left us wanting more. The desserts, then, were fantastic, ending the meal on a sweet and satisfying note. Not only was the food exceptional, but the atmosphere of Ristorante Origini added an extra level of pleasure to our experience. The setting was sublime, with an atmosphere that combined rustic elegance and intimacy, making it the ideal location for a romantic dinner or special celebration. In conclusion, the Origini Restaurant in Subiaco is a culinary gem offering a dining experience of very high level. From the exceptional quality of the food to the lovely atmosphere, every aspect of this restaurant deserves praise. It is definitely a must-see place for those looking for an unforgettable dining experience.
19/03/2024: Coming here was really exciting and do you know why? Because I have tasted some truly unique dishes and when I say so it is because the combinations are truly stunning, as is their presentation!!!! You can see that there is a lot of work behind it and it takes great skill to make them. The service is impeccable and the owner of the place is a truly professional person who knows how to satisfy the customer's requests, my husband and I had a great time with his advice. The restaurant is well looked after and very intimate and at lunch the view of the abbey fortress is priceless. Highly recommended!!!!

18/12/2023: A true gastronomic experience. An accurate, reasoned and balanced choice for each recipe and choice of mise en place. There is culture at C'esco. It is noticeable both in the minimal aesthetic choices and above all in the menu, renewed periodically, never boring and with the wise guidance of Francesco, owner, chef and also Sommelier who knows how to advise and convince with effective education the increasingly better pairing between all types of wines , with a particular predilection for his native Salento. Delicious, creative and courageous tasting dishes, always cooked to perfection. From cappellacci to braised meat, to side dishes and dessert. Everything handmade, fresh ingredients, open kitchen - an act of great courage - always clean, as are the surfaces and especially the bathrooms. Extremely discreet service and ready for every need. It looks like a Swiss watch, but with a typically Italian kind heart and soul. The bill is honest and you have the feeling of having paid rightly at the end of the meal. The place is not large, it offers a certain intimacy, although it can accommodate about thirty seats. The type of customers confirms what has been written and rewards the skill of the entire C'esco team. To return for every occasion.
17/12/2023: Excellent pasta and beans, bruschetta done as it should, delicious sautéed chicory, thoughtful and attentive service.
