We managed to go to Baccalaria!
For those who love cod, it is impossible not to take a trip into its kingdom, choosing what to eat is tormenting, because you would like to take everything:
ceviche with purslane and tiger leite, mossillo with potatoes and cherry tomatoes from Vesuvius, cod parmigiana and finally Neapolitan cod with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers. A total dream!

Exceptional raw material (the cod and stockfish come directly from the northern seas and are of the best quality and the innkeeper always knows how to tell you this with great passion and competence). The proposals are interesting, classic and fusion but in any case always simple, with strong and abundant flavors (which never hurts). My favorites: Icelandic artichoke and cod parmigiana!

An amazing find in Naples. Yes we all know about the incredible pizza but less known is the mediterranean speciality of salt cod and stock fish. This restaurant uses these local ingredients to create a series of Neapolitan specialities. Try the salt cod with blue cheese which was an incredible combination.
I found that the salt cod in Naples was less dry and salty than the Portuguese equivalent. I liked it more- it's real cucina povera- a way of preserving fish out of season. This restaurant is where to try these dishes if you want something different.

Siamo stati in questo locale sabato 9 dicembre per il ponte , a Napoli c’era il mondo. Ma finalmente un ristorante piccolo nn caotico ed accogliente . Il menù vasto con tantissime varietà ma tutti molto curati e colorati e ben presentati .
Abbiamo preso cinque piatti diversi per assaggiare e far impazzire lo chef, scherzo.
Ottimo servizio locale sobrio si riesce a parlare senza urlare .
Lo consiglio vivamente per l’ottima qualità e professionalità, sono uno Chef nn mi si accontenta facilmente, a presto Claudio
