Augusta Cucina e Cicchetto In Rimini

We had dinner at Augusta a few evenings ago. Nothing to say about the starters (amberjack) and the desserts (especially the tiramisu), but the first and second courses leave something to be desired... They are not up to the standard of a restaurant of a certain level. The service went very well, a special mention to Federico who was very nice and helpful. Overall a positive experience, but I would try to improve some aspects of the cuisine!

Refined and elegant location, professional and welcoming staff. Six of us had dinner, all very satisfied with the dishes... Grandma Augusta's spaghettone with clams. A great discovery. The wine list is excellent.

Piacevolissima sorpresa, carino e accogliente il locale e cibo di ottima qualità. Servizio curato e attento. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Pranzo domenicale da Augusta Cucina e Cicchetto: noi ovviamente giro cicchetti! È stata l’occasione per assaggiare praticamente tutto quello che c’è in menù e anche per sperimentare: per la prima volta mi è piaciuto il baccalà! Per la prima volta mi sono piaciute le cozze! Ho assaggiato le lumachine di mare che mai avrei ordinato! (bbooone!) La trippa di rana pescatrice invece proprio non mi è piaciuta, ma è una consistenza non facile. Piadine arrostite TOP così come il dessert e la piccola pasticceria. Gli interni del locale non lasciano indifferenti, pavimento verde shocking e oggettistica anni ‘60 e ‘70, molto particolare. Servizio estremamente cortese senza essere asfissiante.

Locale meraviglioso, una vera perla nascosta. Piatti gustosissimi e ricercati, personale professionale, prezzi ragionevoli e location ben curata. Torneremo sicuramente

We entered "by chance", sometimes it's nice to be surprised and let a feeling and not an algorithm make the choice. Excellent wine, cuisine also... adequate service, but personally I don't like having my glass refilled, this is the reason for the 4 stars. It's my problem, so don't be misled ;-). Highly recommended.
