Really excellent classic roasts. Perfect cooking. Perhaps the bruschetta could be improved (a little too burnt in some places).

Superlative arrosticini and bruschetta in Cinquina, after Talenti-Bufolatta, discovered by chance and happily left speechless!
Very nice and clean informal place in Abruzzo Arrosticinaro style, with high and low wooden tables.
Very welcoming staff, attentive and fast service and very kind owner!
FOOD: courgette and saffron bruschetta and delicious and large gorgonzola, pear and honey bruschetta! Each potion includes 2 nice slices.
Arrosticini of various types of meat cooked to perfection with excellent quality raw materials!
Grilled vegetable and scamorzine skewer also truly excellent!
Just the berry cheesecake disappointed us a little because the crunchy part underneath was less present than the cheese part and not very crunchy and the berries were actually not real fruit but a very sweet topping that I would personally have avoided.
Abruzzo house wine also good and what can I say... we'll have to come back soon to try their specialties again! Highly recommended!

Locale in periferia specializzato in primi della tradizione e arrosticini, dentico ai due già presenti all’Aquila.
Siamo già stati qui a pranzo e a cena svariate volte. È un locale praticamente sempre pieno, con ambiente famigliare e accogliente come tutto il personale. Quella semplicità che a noi fa venir voglia di tornare.
Prendiamo sempre un’ amatriciana mugnaia, una carbonara e una flotta di arrosticini tagliati a mano. A me piacciono molto quelli di fegato e sfiziosi sono anche i vegetariani con verdure e scamorzine.

Con grande sorpresa abbiamo riassaporato antichi sapori abruzzesi: arrosticini di pecora, tagliere di formaggi e salumi, vini d'Abruzzo, il tutto allestito e servito in maniera eccellente.
Il prezzo poi meriterebbe un elogio a parte. Complimenti!
