Serata informale in gentilezza. Il personale dell'Apelle riesce a metterti a tuo agio in qualsiasi situazione. Avevano prenotato un tavolo, hanno capito che avevamo 3 bambini e ci hanno allestito una postazione adatta senza che nemmeno la chiedessimo. Gradita l'acqua profumata prima del pasto, imperdibili i cocktail. Davvero innovativi i piatti. Altro che 4 ristoranti, l'apelle é un locale da 5 stelle.

Uno chef di talento propone dei piatti originali e inaspettati. Belle sorprese e tanta qualità. La lista dei vini è da riscrivere però. Comunque una bella esperienza.

11/05/2024: It was my first time at Casta Diva and I was really satisfied. The reinterpretations of some traditional dishes are very interesting, the raw materials are truly excellent. Inside, the restaurant is intimate, very intimate, ideal for a dinner for two. The service is fast and attentive. I recommend trying the second courses and obviously letting yourself be influenced by the chef's proposals. Advised.
07/05/2024: I have enjoyed three unforgettable dinners at this fabulous restaurant. The food is innovative and beautifully judged to delight and surprise. The owner and his team have created a unique experience which attracts a warm and friendly clientele. I can't wait to visit again when next on Ferrara.
