The ancient oven is a must in our culinary culture. You can't not go there. Super good focaccias, excellent bread and taralli that are addictive, one leads to another. Excellent prices, hoping they leave them like this….

In Altamura it is the oldest bakery, but its focaccia is overrated Good but certainly not the best, even if when you go there is always a queue to make sure. There are also very ancient ovens that offer a product that is nothing short of excellent in my humble opinion

An oven that not only churns out one of the best products in the world... but here you have to walk and think about history, where the predecessors, with their arts and hands, were able to pass on the love for taste. Come here: a hundred more times.
