04/05/2024: Hands down the best steak in Florence for several reasons: It is served on a plate that keeps it hot so you can enjoy it with the time needed to appreciate the best quality meat, without having to continue cooking on the table like in other restaurants where it is left on boiling cast iron. The chef provides a superlative oil to add raw which is what is needed to further enhance a culinary experience which in itself is world-class. But the Fiorentina is one of the dishes, all the others on the menu are exactly at the same high level with all first choice products. The only problem is that I can't eat steak in any other restaurant anymore.
