Very good carbonara with truffle, they gave us an appetizer courtesy of the house and in addition to the pasta that we had ordered, some tasting plates of the pasta that we had each ordered so that we could all try each other's, we thought that the treatment It was exquisite. It may not be the cheapest carbonara in Rome, but it is good and the terrace and staff are pleasant. To put it another way, they told us that we couldn't pay in cash because they didn't have change.

Best restaurant in Rome. No words needed for foods and service was exceptional with reasonable price. I recommend tasting menu. Ceviche and salmon was so good and clam pasta and beef steak was so bomb☺️ Wine recommendation was so good as well. It was a little difficult because there was a slight uphill climb, but I fell in love with the delicious food and wine atmosphere. 💓 This is a restaurant I will definitely come back to if I come back to Rome. Especially on the tasting menu!!!!!! Ceviche, salmon, clam pasta, and oh-so-soft steak 😭🥹 It was a happy two and a half hours!!!! I think you can get it at a more reasonable price if you order from the individual menu! However, the tasting menu is also highly recommended!!!

Very welcoming place, top professionalism, the Fundim chef is very good and ready to satisfy every customer's need as far as I'm concerned being a lover of food Wine and champagne have a fabulous cellar with professional sommeliers, the open space outside with the accompaniment of a nice special mojito made by them and the icing on the cake.

The staff is very friendly, the place is simple, very cozy, the food is 10, it has delicious vegetarian options 😋

One of the best places in Rome to dine, refined food with the tricks of true professionals, for example before each course a gem from the chef is served or if different dishes are taken at the table you are served a taste of what the others have taken. To underline the kindness and professionalism of the staff, top wine list, just a few adjustments would be needed on the drinks that are not at the level of what I listed before. The bill is appropriate for the context and the food.

A little bit far from old city center of Rome, this restaurant is very good, not cheap. We ate a tasting menu and 2 glass of wine Some of the dishes was very good , one wasn’t for my taste ( orecchiette) :( but the wine was tasty The staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a superb meal here two years ago. This time, somewhat less so. Is there someone in the kitchen who smokes? The "pre-starter", and our main course were both sabotaged with a heavy salt shaker. The fish, in both dishes was fine, but the vegetables were so thick with salt that you could feel the salt crystals on your tongue on the greens and tomatoes. Not what you expect in "fine dining". I mentioned both to our waiter in real time, and all he could say was "sorry" The wine list is heavy on northern choices, which is fine, and we like them. They were out of a local Chardonnay, so we easily substituted one from Alto Adige. A limited number of desserts, but our two choices, with different chocolates, were delicious. You can see into the kitchen, and the kitchen can see many of the diners. Hopefully, the message gets back to them. Don't ruin a well crafted dish with a week's worth of salt.
