Very nice place with a panoramic view, clean and tidy, friendly and polite staff, really good food, we had the bigoli with duck, lamb and beef ribs, all very delicious! We will definitely be back ☺️

Lunch, brought by close friends. Wonderful place. Both outside and inside very spacious. Well-kept garden with relaxing view. Sublime food. Wide choice. Portions ok. Let's have lunch. Friendly staff, fast and very, very professional. Great attention for allergy sufferers, which unfortunately is not always the case, even if we are in 2024! Thanks Silvia for the sweet change proposal, you were very kind. Nice and very kind owner, her passion for her work shines through. Thanks and well done to everyone, see you next time. Highly recommended!

Good morning. I came to have lunch in this wonderful magnificent restaurant on Sunday 12 May 2024 to celebrate our grandmother's birthday. We were very lucky with the weather, and so they put us outside in the garden (from the garden you could see all of VR and San Martino Buon Albergo). The quality of the food was impeccable and above all the staff was always helpful and very kind!! I highly recommend this place to those who want to celebrate confirmations, communions, birthdays in complete tranquility!!

Excellent food. He didn't issue an invoice for a company dinner (I asked for an invoice immediately after issuing the receipt but he says I should have asked for it first......)

Good tavern in the center of Barco. Traditional dishes, such as bigoli with courtyard ragù and some innovations. The piglet is very good. Low prices, with a 25 euro bottle you spent 80 (2 first courses, 1 second course, wine, water and Cortono). Punctual and hassle-free service. Very good location.

Tried it thanks to a business dinner, the place is truly enchanting, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and kind even when it comes to wines, very willing to recommend a good wine to pair with the dishes. We ate a Florentine steak which was really tender. Brought rare on a plate so those who wanted it more cooked could have the cooking they preferred. We will definitely return to try the other dishes on the menu. For now very recommended and excellent cards. Compliments !!

Pranzo dell'Immacolata, siamo habitué in questo locale. Sempre ottimi i primi (tagliatelle ai funghi belle cremose come piacciono a me e bigoli al cinghiale), come la carne sempre di qualità e ben cotta. Questa volta ho gradito meno la polenta col luccio (antipasto) e il caffè di fine pasto, quest'ultimo davvero cattivo. Discreti i dolci. Ambienti caldi e addobbati per Natale. Personale sempre disponibile. Con una bottiglia di Campofiorin, in 7 abbiamo speso circa 250 euro.

22/05/2024: Very nice place, I can say that the staff is very kind and quick 🥰 everything was delicious, a taste of new flavours! I advise you to do an encore of first courses so as to taste more first courses which deserve so much, a good discovery in Verona 🥰🥰
21/05/2024: Years and years go by and La Lanterna still remains an icon of vegan food in Verona! We've been there on numerous occasions, but the last time, a couple of weeks back, they've outdone themselves!!! The food was sublime,there isn't any other word for it! Best vegan pasta ever tasted anywhere, the harmony of tastes remain etched in my brain! Cannot wait to go back! Everything from start to finish was pure exellence.

24/02/2024: A fantastic place where we found everything we were looking for. The restaurant is surrounded by a rustic atmosphere, quite intimate and very pleasant, also thanks to the soft and expertly distributed light. The waiter's service was impeccable, present but not intrusive, he clearly knew how to do his job and his friendliness is a plus point. The cover charge includes fresh homemade bread and olive oil from the mill just a few steps from the restaurant, truly delicious. The dishes were all excellent, of good quality and the portions were right. Careful presentation. Many restaurants ask for a higher price for the same dishes, while here we found an excellent relationship between quality and price. We would definitely like to return. And thank you for the small bottle of local olive oil, received for free :-)!
