What a gem. Recommended by Rick Steves Sicily guide book, this old tucked away local bakery is everything you’d imagine. The smells alone will get you, the pizza will keep you. Started in 1890, they clearly know what they’re doing!

The food was very good, and since all other restaurants in the area were closed, it was our only choice for dinner. The only thing missing in this place is more space and tables.

Because it was the off-season, most restaurants weren't open and I was hungry at lunch time, so I stopped by a bakery to fill my stomach. The staff had good sense and were very friendly, so it was a pleasant visit. I ate something like a mini pizza with a slice of focaccia and grilled vegetables. They warmed it up a bit and it was very delicious.
