Good meal in this recently renovated cellar. Fast service but very noisy room which means you can't hear yourself at the table. Good pizzas, good pastas.

I'm just saying that I would like to have the decor and conformity of this room in my home. A few steps from the cathedral in Ragusa Ibla where walking is a real pleasure you will find this cute and beautiful pizzeria restaurant. We had a nice welcome, we noticed immediately even though there was a little confusion there was a great atmosphere. They made us sit on a mezzanine where it was a real pleasure to spend the evening. The ladies (the staff) were very nice and kind, always available, obviously I want to say my notes, the first that the pizza arrived after an hour of ordering and the second that for my personal taste the pizza dough is too much but too biscuity, the toppings fresh and excellent, the bill balanced. Advised.

Pizza cooked with an electric oven, (therefore not as good as the wood-fired one) average. Fast service. Nice place. In the list of beers, none known and known

Pizza cucinata con forno elettrico, molto delicata, ma senza infamia e senza lode.Il paragone che leggo con le pizze surgelate è azzeccato, ma solo per la pasta ,perché c è molto condimento in più.Bel locale,prezzi abbordabili.

La pizza probabilmente cotta con forno elettrico risulta buona e digeribile, abbiamo provato anche un piatto di carne ben cotta

08/01/2024: Thanks to the suggestion of Emanuela, owner of a wine bar in Piazza Armerina, today I stopped for lunch with some American customers. What can I say, a wonderful surprise, La Gorda welcomes you in a simple way and makes you feel at home, a wide choice of natural labels and chef Mario prepares very good dishes of local cuisine revisited I believe from experiences around the planet. I'll be back soon with friends, thanks.
