I'm sorry I can't give more but unfortunately once we were seated we were informed that some dishes were not available. Once ordered, halfway through dinner they informed us that the rice was out (thus canceling our orders with rice), and then that the prawns were out, further reducing the choice.
In general the food was good, and the service was friendly, but we couldn't eat practically anything of what we would have liked, having to fall back on other things once dinner had already begun.

Now, I'm certainly not an expert in Chinese cuisine, on the contrary, I've tried it many times, including in China itself and I've never liked it too much so I can't tell you if the dishes are all genuine or what else but I they looked really good, and with variety for all palates. The service is also very kind, the place is beautiful, excellent prices, probably my point of reference in Bologna from now on

Beautiful location in which to relive Chinese culture, a small place with an almost open kitchen.
Good dishes, mostly spicy.
Kind and scrupulous service.
I don't give a 5 just for the display of the dishes on the menu, I struggled to understand them and choose.

Amole is NOT a traditional Chinese food restaurant. They are fusion with Italian flair. It is very small and reservations are strongly recommended. I wanted a light lunch, and was tempted by the roast duck, and a side dish of rice or noodle. However, they are italianized and serve the rice/noodle dish as a first course and the meat as a 2nd course. Both were tasty, though the garlic in rice was burnt. Water is included in the coperto. If you enjoy asian fusion I would recommended it, but the menu is confusing. Service is a tad casual, and several items on the menu were not available.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Bologna. Traditional dishes but also revisited dishes, good quantity and excellent quality at a reasonable price.
Lately they also make quite interesting drinks.

Small place in the center of Bologna but easily accessible even by car because there are car parks nearby. Excellent service and research into ingredients and combinations with dishes. Abundant dishes. It is not the usual Asian restaurant, the dishes all have fresh and particular ingredients. Compliments to the chef and all the staff

Locale molto piccolo, pochissimi tavoli, motivo per cui è sempre pieno e bisogna prenotare con molto anticipo. Nonostante la prenotazione abbiamo comunque aspettato che i clienti precedenti terminassero la cena. Piatti molto buoni, ben eseguiti e ben presentati, da provare gli spaghetti del bilanciere e l'anatra. Da provare
