In pieno centro storico di Gubbio si trova il ristorante alla Balestra, informato AIC. Il locale dispone anche di alcuni coperti che si trovano in un bel cortile interno. Il locale dispone di pasta fresca e anche di un’ottima carne. Scarsa invece la disponibilità di dolci senza glutine( tranne panna cotta, semifreddi,ecc). I prezzi sono ottimi. I camerieri molto cortesi.

It's a shame, the restaurant has potential that is not being exploited. Plastic tables that wobble. Lettuce thrown listlessly onto the plate. Pizza very thin and dry. Things are getting better!!

Come rappresentante giro molti ristoranti, qui torno sempre volentieri perché si mangia bene, di qualità e velocemente. Oggi antipasto maialino con pecorino e tartufo e tagliatelle tartufo. Beavi.
