2 stars deducted for my criteria overall because 1. no refrigerator/minibar in the room (but a well-stocked machine in the foyer, which you have to leave the room to use, including appropriate clothing) and 2. TV not streaming-capable (and film/series on Mobile device is not a replacement, even if the TV is quite small)…

Perfect hotel for a short trip in and around Bolzano

Brothers Thomas and Patryk who work at the reception approach guests professionally, patiently explain and recommend places worth visiting. Very nice and friendly. The rooms are modernly equipped and very clean. The only reservations can be had about the breakfast, it could have been richer The hotel offers free tickets for public transport and cable cars for guests. Tickets also include a visit to the museum Ötzi. My wife and I spent the weekend from March 8 to 10, 2024 at the hotel. I definitely recommend it. I love the Raffl hotel for the great welcome of Laura and the owners, for the excellent location, for the unforgettable breakfast. I want to go back with my whole family.

Rooms are rather basic. I would expect something more from a 3-star hotel. Breakfast just like a room, nothing special. Be aware that the reception doesn't work at night so you need to get there before 10 pm as far as I remeber. The best thing about it is the view outside your window :-)

Ottimo hotel per chi vuole visitare Bolzano, Merano e i dintorni! Ben collegato coi mezzi pubblici, pulito e ottima colazione!

Situato a 9 km dal centro,ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (110/111 i due autobus che in 25 minuti portano al centro),l hotel fornisce gratuitamente un abbonamento per usare tutti i mezzi compresa la funivia del Renon. Camere un po' spartane.

Habitación cómoda pero un poco fría, parking gratuito y te dan pases para el bus y el funicular. En el desayuno buffet no hay tortilla o huevos cocinados, tienes que cocerlos tu en un hervidor y después pelarlos, tampoco hay tostador para tostar el pan.

V hotelu jsem se ubytoval po druhé během jednoho týdne. Byl při cestě a měl jsem s ním dobrou zkušenost. Cena byla trošku vyšší než posledně, ale to bylo z důvodu většího pokoje. Pokoj byl úžasný. Prostorný, čistý a velmi moderní. Super je sprcha z které vidíte až ven. Doporučuji pro páry, perfektní romantický pokoj. Snídaně opět super výběr a vše průběžně doplňováno. Parkování za hotelem, dostatek míst.
