The best bombettes eaten so far around the Itria valley. I absolutely appreciated the classic bombettes with breadcrumbs. Possibility to buy meat like a normal butcher or to choose raw meat and have it cooked. We will be back, highly recommended.

I was here for lunch. Conveniently choose the meat you want and it will be served to you in a short time. It's really very good, especially the local steak and the classic bombette. The side dishes are also very good, we took chicory and courgettes blanched in vinegar seasoned with mint. Once you've finished eating you want to have another. I definitely recommend it.

Very welcoming place, with a characteristic butcher's counter where you can directly choose what you want to eat. Very helpful staff, quick service and above all excellent quality meat, as well as the side dishes and starters. Super value for money, absolutely recommended.

Small butcher-restaurant in the center of Cisternino. The formula is nice: you choose the meat at the butcher's counter and then they prepare it for you and serve it. The quality of the meat is truly exceptional. I suggest the "bombette" with various fillings and the grilled ribs! The orecchiette with meatball sauce are also excellent. The service is fast and rather precise despite the perennial crowd that crowds the small, narrow basement place. The only problem is the noise created by the normal chatter of the patrons which amplifies in the place and is quite annoying... but nothing that can't be solved with a carafe or two of local negroamaro!!! ;-). I'd say it's not a place for vegans, that's it. The bathroom is a little uncomfortable and absolutely not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Prices: well, not cheap but not cheap either. You can enjoy mixed meats, wine and side vegetables for 25 euros! I'd say it can be done, come on. Optimal. I'll be back.

Locale rustico in centro. Siamo andati al bancone della macelleria per scegliere le famose bombette. Vi consiglio di mangiare solo quelle ,eventualmente tornate per saggiare altro. Noi ne abbiamo prese 5 con vari ingredienti per ogni persona . Come antipasto le patate allo spiedo,una porzione va bene x 2 persone. Da bere il vino della casa. Organizzate con il personale di sala che le portate non arrivano tutte insieme A noi si è verificato un pò di caos sia per lo spazio sulla tavola ma anche per la carne che si era raffreddata.
