Good restaurant. Service a little slow.

We were guests, we ate very well, the wine offered was excellent.

Today at lunch Pino, my brother-in-law, introduced us to a new restaurant, "in the usual place". As soon as I crossed the threshold, I found myself in a rural cottage, spartanly furnished but with great taste, large oak beams on the ceiling, stones on the walls that support cattle yokes, and even a drinking trough, which leads you to remember the time gone by. . The waiters are all young, their frenetic coming and going ensures that the service is quick and impeccable. The cuisine is varied, it is not limited to the usual three or four dishes repeated inexorably throughout the week, in addition to the classic menu there are a considerable number of "off menu" dishes all masterfully prepared by a highly respectable kitchen team. As far as the quality/price ratio is concerned, it is satisfactory. I would like to conclude my review by pointing out to the reader the well-stocked wine shop worthy of the restaurant's fame. I therefore feel like recommending, without a doubt or shadow of denial, this restaurant. This is therefore the reason for the five stars given by a Google local guide that is certainly not "wide open"

Tipico ristorante del viterbese, piatti tradizionali , cucina familiare ma con buona preparazione e ottima riuscita. Buona la cantina e i dolci, prezzi come ormai da abitudine.... abbastanza cari

Friends have been before and recommended and they were right. Food was excellent and the service was good. I rated 3 stars because flys were everywhere. On the bread basket and the table and we could see other patrons swatting them away. Flys took away from the wonderful food. The front door was left open so this is the problem? I would love to go back as the mussels,ravioli and the dessert were fantastic but won’t because who wants flys on the walls,chairs etc.

I expected more. The pizza wasn't anything special, the first courses were tasty. the dessert disappointed me, hazelnut and pistachio semifreddo, very scenic but very hard to eat and not very tasty, despite the price being really too high. Good service, nice place.

Difficile trovare qualcosa che non và, sicuramente un eccellenza. La qualità dei piatti di eccelso livello, i fuori menù unici. Il personale brillante e presente ma con giusta discrezione. I dessert, unici. I prezzi giusti se rapportati al mercato, ottimi in rapporto alla qualità offerta.

Locale accogliente, servizio veloce e cortesissimo, senza essere stucchevole, ottimi piatti locali, agnello arrosto strepitoso
