In my opinion the prices are a little high, but good food, excellent service and a nice place. For those eating on the first floor there is no lift, mostly for children with strollers or disabled people.

Che ci si vada in coppia,in famiglia o con gli amici,Al Contesse si conferma sempre un’ottima scelta;la disponibilità del titolare e dei suoi collaboratori sempre ineccepibile,il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente eccezionale,ricca carta dei vini ,location esclusiva,panorama mozzafiato,specialità della cucina piacentina preparate rigorosamente “in casa” ….credo che i pisareï potrebbero meritare il premio come migliori di tutto il Piacentino.Grazie ad Andrea e a tutto il suo staff.

Very kind staff. Average prices. Very good house wine too. Perfectly cooked food. Stunning view. PS: for those who say it's expensive, I would like to point out that, unless you go to McDonald's or a pizzeria, 10 - 15 euros per dish is now standard. Then as always it is the drinking that greatly raises the total and the Luretta bottles do not contain tavernello.

02/04/2024: Splendid contemporary inn in the heart of the Piacenza hills, an enviable location with attention to every detail and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I tried the restaurant for a family Sunday lunch and we were overall satisfied. If some dishes were definitely successful, in others I did not find the same balance, despite the raw materials being all excellent. The place was full, but that doesn't justify excessively slow service (we finished lunch at 4.30pm). The quality/price ratio is in line with the quality and type of venue, a shame about the mark-up on cover charge (€5), water (€5) and wine, which is frankly excessive. Overall, in my humble opinion, a good restaurant for special occasions, but with a lot of room for improvement.
01/02/2024: I had dinner a few nights ago, I was thrilled with everything!!!! The location, the elegance, the service and of course the food. An exaltation of the SENSES.
