Un ottimo aperitivo a Caorle. La possibilità di accompagnarlo ad una consistente varietà di buonissimi cicchetti con i quali pure cenare (consigliatissimi ovviamente i crostini con il pesce e materia prima freschissima a km zero). Nel contesto esclusivo del porto peschereccio. Da provare e ritornarci!

Caorle .. (Ve) .. Caorle Fish Market .. I went here on Saturday morning to buy some fish and unfortunately I was disappointed because there was practically no market .. but only a stall displaying .. but unfortunately the fish that I didn't even want the shadow.. three stars to encourage a prompt recovery of the market themselves..

15/04/2024: Locaux très petits, très modernes, très bien tenus. Ambiance agréable, service de bon conseil, disponible et très sympathique. Choix limité à trois possibilités : viande, poisson ou végétarien. Tout est fait avec des produits frais de qualité. Les cuissons et assaisonnements sont parfaits. Les dressages recherchés faits par un vrai cuisinier ! Les vins sont bien assortis aux plats. Addition assez élevée mais justifiée.
31/12/2023: Quelques couverts suffisent pour faire la renommée de ce restaurant dirigé par une équipe jeune qui nous ont fait découvrir avec enthousiasme les produits locaux. Le résultat dans l’assiette est très bon.
