Trattoria found by chance that falls "from the sky like a masterpiece" after many kilometers on a motorbike. Welcoming and refined environment. Fast service and delicious dishes that are not easy to find elsewhere. The porcini carpaccio, the beef carpaccio and the cheese ice cream made me feel like I was in a starred restaurant. Worth trying at least once... especially if you ride a motorbike!

Great cuisine, including special dishes that you wouldn't expect in the bites. Swordfish, pasta with fresh anchovies with lemon, delicious and large portions.

I have been to this place a few times and have always enjoyed excellent dishes, cooked with care and at 0 km. Definitely recommended also for the right prices.

Food is absolutely fantastic, mussels in tomato sauce, wild boar pasta, mushroom pasta all superb! Staff are so welcoming, really enjoyed this place came twice during our stay in Soriano, thank you for two great evenings!

Pranzo di sabato 17 febbraio, era tutto pieno e il proprietario è stato tanto gentile da farci aspettare che si liberasse un Tavolo. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo mangiato molto bene, suggerisco i carciofi fritti, la frittura di pesce è croccante e buona, come anche i tartufi e le puntarelle. Il prezzo onesto. Spero di ritornare presto. P.s. magari le patate con i tartufi le farei un po' più croccanti.

Nel cuore di Soriano al Cimino questo locale dal personale accogliente è una sicurezza da anni e che, a differenza di altri, non tradisce. Carciofi fritti, gnocchi alle castagne, calamari con carciofi...tutto una delizia.complimenti ed a presto!

27/05/2024: In the beautiful medieval setting of Carbognano there is a small treasure chest full of gastronomic jewels that revisit and enhance the local cuisine. The starters were excellent (the crostone with creamed cod was harmonious, full-bodied and tasty), the first courses (carbognana above all). The second courses recall the wonderful aromas of Sunday lunches at grandmother's, in particular the rabbit hunter style. The environment is full of charm and characterized by a harmonious chaos, which leaves the impression of floating in time. The service is a very pleasant accompaniment on this fascinating journey, which is not limited only to the palate but also involves the mind. It is worth going to Carbognano even for this alone.
