The rest of the course was nothing special. - the first courses were: 1⁰BUSIATE with St. Peter's eggs, strong with garlic and for connoisseurs they were not ST. PETER's eggs. 2⁰ BUSIATE with prawn and pistachio, the dish was too sweet and the flavors were not blended well, the pistachio is nothing more than a sprinkle on top. We went straight to dessert and took a Pan di stelle. Not recommended.
