I had a wonderful time! The layout of the restaurant is very pleasant, the staff provides excellent advice, the cuisine is refined and cutting-edge. Very good wine to accompany all this, a real awakening of the senses!

Simple, slightly cold atmosphere
Friendly service, I appreciated that the cutlery is placed on the table at the time of the meal given the minimal American style mise en place without table linen
Limited menu choice, I was perplexed when I only saw sweetbreads as animal protein.
Mezze Maniche dominated the bitter part of the herbs too much

Interesting take on Bolognese cuisine, ambitious but not always successful. Sourdough bread and butter is delicious; wine list is great (on a sample of one bottle). We had the menu: the fish was lost when paired with cucumber chunks; the pasta with coffee was weird; grilled duck breast was enjoyable, as was the relatively light plum dessert.

The first bib gourmand eco experience in Bologna had me speechless for most of the dishes, absolutely delicious. They prepare dishes based on seasonal availability so the menu changes a lot. The dishes we got were exceptional, not one dish was short of excellent. The wine recommendations were great and from close by in the region. First time I have tried sweetbread which blew my mind.

Very skilled chef and lovely atmosphere but i was disappointed with the menu on the day. There was one meat dish that was offal and the only seafood was mussels, which i dont eat. Great for vegetarians but i left a bit unsatisfied. Would recommend the fennel and lettuce, which were delicious.
We hebben het tastingmenu gekozen. Heel speciaal. Sterke en pure smaken. De ingrediënten zijn heel basaal zoals ui en gierst, maar de Chef maakt er unieke gerechten mee.

A lovely lunch experience here, the team clearly enjoy their job chefs and front of house. The space is contemporary and comfortable. The cabbage salad with sesame , mustard and apple was delicious, equally the duck ravioli and chocolate tart. The wine list not typical but very well curated. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Thank you.
