Restaurant overlooking a beautiful valley and in the background stands Mount Coccovello, which gives its name to the restaurant. The cuisine is traditional, but very varied with different choices. The starter was excellent (I recommend taking 1 x 2), as a first course I tasted the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, truly delicious. The meat was delicious, both the steak and the pork steak. Don't miss the roasted caciocavallo, or rather with the fries. Definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic and welcoming place with breathtaking views, the guys in the room very kind and welcoming, simple but very good food prepared with taste, generous portions. Just a little advice: you need to organize better when taking out the dishes.

19/11/2023: If you are in the area, here you have a good point of reference. Abundant, homemade starter with local products. First courses made on the spot with fresh pasta and Lucanian flavours. The grilled meat and the cheeses melted in the bowl are good. Top not frozen fries. We always happily come back. Very fair price.
