Bella malga collocata vicino alla pista ciclo-pedonale della val di fiemme, predazzo. Servizio cordiale e veloce, menu tradizionale. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzo. Merita sempre una visita.

Sparkling Lounge Bar & Restaurant

04/12/2023: Classy aperitif complete with very fresh salmon tartare on a bed of hummus, prepared directly from the kitchen. Super positive experience. I stopped for an aperitif, a Negroni, really good. The doses are right, the preparation is precise, the quantity of ice is adequate. Super recommended for lovers of good cocktails, in an extremely classy environment, with soft music and quality appetizers. I will definitely come back

01/10/2023: I felt good. While enjoying Italian food I am realizing that Indian restaurants (at least those in Trentino) are a guarantee...
02/09/2023: I recommend it because it is a versatile place: it brings together those who want to eat "ethnic" with those who want to eat pizza or traditional food. The menu is truly large and varied; obviously the most interesting part are the Indian foods which are served on separate plates from which you take them and put them on the serving plate: this encourages sharing. The strength of these dishes is the play of flavors and spices: they are to be consumed both with the proposed rice and with the bread (pizza base) which I recommend taking with garlic. Finally, no small feat, you will also find good Trentino wines by the bottle and glass: In short, good at combining the best of the two cultures in a mix of flavours. Well done.
