Homely atmosphere, super courteous and approachable staff. Having limited time and having to return to the office, they prepared us before we arrived so that we would have it ready as soon as we entered, allowing us to have an excellent meal (other than the usual lunch break sandwiches). Delicious obviously homemade food, large portions, very competitive price. Without a doubt recommended, I fell in love with them and the food.

Trattoria tipica romana. Piatti della tradizione cucinati a dovere. Porzioni generose, servizio veloce e gentile. Molto frequentata e chiaramente un po' confusionario l'ambiente. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Se piace questo tipo di cucina e non si é a dieta da non perdere!

Ci ero stato qualche anno fa e visto che passavo da quelle parti, ci sono tornato volentieri. Osteria tipica romana con piatti della tradizione. Tutto buono con prezzo nella norma se non fosse che, probabilmente per non aumentare il conto, hanno rivisto le porzioni che, a mio avviso, sono da ristornate gourmet.

Prima volta, fidandoci delle recensioni. Tutto ottimo, come cucinato in casa. Anche il trattamento verso gli ospiti è molto amichevole. Ottimi piatti. Cucina tradizionale romana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Accettano i cani

13/05/2024: Very tasty food. Too bad the waiting times were a little long between one course and another. But it was Sunday 😁😁
11/05/2024: On the Sweet Side: -The view alone is worth a visit., It's a lovely spot for dining.. -The food is delicious and memorable, a rarity in this area. -Good wine selection -The service made me feel right at home. On the Flip Side: -It's advisable to make a reservation or arrive early.

Ai Balestrari Porta Pia

04/06/2024: Very nice place in the Porta Pia area with delicious traditional dishes!
31/05/2024: We had dinner with my husband in this pizzeria and I must say that unfortunately I have not found such excellent service for too long. Very kind staff and, even though we hadn't waited long, the waiter apologized several times for the wait. The pizza was delicious but my husband, not feeling too well, left most of it. When it was time to pay, the waitress was worried that we didn't like the pizza because my husband had left a lot of it and she reported it to the guy at the cash register who canceled the unfinished pizza even though it wasn't their fault. The attention and care for the customer are what distinguishes the premises and I must say that the balestrari deserve much more than 5 stars
