I was on a trip in Sicily, palermo, and when i was enjoying my walk for the beautiful places of palermo, I take a pause at medio oriente, I was surprise with their fresh fish pasta, I recommend it. Good luck and enjoy your palermo visit.

Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Wir wurden ein paar mal von den Silvesterböllern aufgeschreckt und sie hat sich dafür eingesetzt, dass wir in Ruhe essen konnten. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen sehr lecker, sehr freundlich und gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

16/01/2024: The place inside is nice and the service is quite fast. The price of the "all you can eat" formula is slightly above average (lunch €20), but the food offering is varied. The only point that disappointed me is that to place the order the customer is obliged to download their app and register with his personal data...

02/06/2024: Plant-based milk available on site!! They make a very delicious cappuccino. All servers are very nice and cheerful. They speak at least 4 languages. I highly recommend it.
30/05/2024: I don't understand the negative comments.. The owner is very nice and friendly 💛 He speaks several world languages, which is very endearing. For us, it is a place worth visiting. 🙂😉
