A dream !! Very light dough and excellent ingredients! Whatever pizza you choose you won't regret it. friendly staff, welcoming location! Organize well! If you go before 8pm it will be easier to sit down. Otherwise there is a bit of a wait. But it's worth it…

One of the best pizzas in Lecce

It's not worth waiting more than half an hour to eat 400° pizza (and trust me, waiting 30 minutes is nothing here, we're talking about a 70/80 minute wait on Saturdays because they don't take reservations). Good pizza but not among the best at least in terms of dough, fresh products. Waiters a little elusive. The place very nice.

Good service but pizza was undercooked and doughy. The sweet red onion base option doesn't work. Good dessert.

What to add to this wonder? Nothing! Come and enjoy yourself!

Nice and well furnished place, although I would remove a few tables instead of putting one every 20/30cm. Too many people and too little privacy, you can't breathe inside and if you go with more than 10 people I strongly advise against it. Nothing to say about the food, everything was good and prices in line with the quality of the product. On the service, really really bad: I had to wait 1 hour and a half for a table and from 8.30pm I practically ate until 10.30pm, then magically when you finish eating they hurry up to remove the plates and give you the bill. Put more passion into it and don't treat people like sardines just for a few extra covers at the end of the evening. I also recommend creating an app or a booking site without making people wait a long time outside and seeing all that queue.

I went there as a couple. Reservations are not accepted but if they say a time, it is respected. They even call by phone when the table is ready. Pizza with Neapolitan dough, digestible and light. Super service. I'll gladly return

400 gradi rappresenta un’icona della pizza a Lecce. Localizzata alle porte della città, ampio parcheggio di fianco al locale. Non serve prenotare ma si fa la fila in ordine di arrivo. Ampia scelta di pizze per ogni palato, pizze davvero ottime con materie prime di assoluta qualità. Birre buone e servizio adeguato
